just how inefficient can you get?

The Belfast Money Machine – the unexpurgated version

On 7th February 2024, a case was heard at the Charities Tribunal to establish jurisdiction of the Tribunal to hear a case Tina Irving vs Charities Commission of Northern Ireland. We were to submit papers within 7 days. This journalist did hers on Sunday as she was travelling on Tuesday and Wednesday, and does not see why, two years later, that she should still work to the “timetables” of the various public bodies. She has a life to lead after all.

However, you can imagine this journalist’s surprise when she opened an email from the CCNI on Tuesday on her phone and found the dates of 2014 on it. She was not even in Northern Ireland in 2014. However, that does not stop PSNI claiming that she was arrested in the Province in 2023 when she was not even there.

On investigating further on Wednesday in front of her computer, she found that the submission was for a completely different case. Of course, being a journalist, she investigated and found it was another breach of Human Rights case being covered by the CCNI. Do they actually know what it is? One thinks not. No submission re the case in hand. They do not know what to do as it is part criminal and part civil. Mrs. Wilson should have thought of that before she abused this elderly tenant. Sadly she didn’t nor did CCNI in May 2023 when they tried to dispose of the case.

So, where do we go from here. Methinks the Chief Constable will be interested after all.

Onwards and upwards to the North Highland Way

CHARACTER REFERENCES WERE IGNORED

The Belfast Money Machine… the unexpurgated version

“I have known Tina Irving for five years, I have always found her to be an honest, upright and trustworthy person. I met Tina through mutual interests in writing, history, church and community groups, a native of England, she has immmersed herself fully into the local community here in Ireland, North and South.

Tina is someone who puts her heart and soul into everything see does, her passion for fair lay and doing the right thing is core to her belief structure. A committed environmentalist, she gives freely of her time in promoting a green and sustainable lifestyle; this is a field in
which she excels and her input is always welcome.

As a gifted writer and qualified journalist, she has promoted the local area in regards tourism, writing on the many hidden gems of Northern Ireland and in particular specialising in the links between Ireland and Spain. Her talent as a Spanish speaker has been invaluable to a number of local groups and establishments, translating information for them and advising on
how to grow their businesses by attracting more visitors from the Spanish speaking world.

As a wildly travelled individual, having lived in and experienced many different cultures, her advice and assistance is widely sought after.
As a former military nurse, she has taken an active role in military organisations here in Northern Ireland, her participation is valued by all those involved. It is maybe from this caring role within the military that Tina gets her determination to stand-up for human rights and values, unfair treatment or abuse of anyone is something she will not tolerate and will
always challenge.

In summary, I would rate Tina Irving as an honest lady of excellent principles, someone I am
happy to call a friend and whom I would feel happy to ask for advice and help if needed.”

So, you see, Pamela Coskun, you are not someone to be trusted.

Individual cases

The Belfast Money Machine – the unexpurgated version

This journalist keeps hearing that this person and that organisation do not “take on” individual cases. How, then, is a picture ever built up of a problem. In this case, an old lady was enjoying her retirement in Northern Ireland and was set upon by a man who could not get his own way. She was not interested, and he did not like it. She ignored him, so he started a noise campaign to remove her from her home. The housing association helped, as did PSNI. Instead of retaliating in the usual manner, this journalist started investigating the corporate structure of the organisation. They did not like it, so had her jailed without trial and ordered out of Northern Ireland. It actually did the Scots a favour as she can now run the North Highland Way project with impunity. However, Mrs. Cherry SNP does not see it like that and would not help even if the journalist was a constituent. So why have a Joint Commission on Human Rights then?

Never, mind she will take the project and her money to England, and has already spoken to the Conservative party. They will help.

Press Office

The Belfast Money machine… grinds on

This journalist sent an email to the House of Commons Press Office, and put them on this mailing list. She wonders if she will get a reply. Arlene Foster is also on this list, maybe she can get something in GB News.

Other luminaries are of course, Stephen Nolan, who, knowing him, will wait until the last minute before he responds. Good man that he is. This journalist uses Twitter a lot, so readers might want to log on to see what she is saying there.

Or even here… as this project takes off.

Press release

The Belfast Money Machine – the unexpurgated version

The Belfast Telegraph complained about the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland withholding a press release until he was ready. That is his pregorative, Mr. Sam McBride, or do you not understand that? Arlene Foster is also shouting about Unionism. Who listens to her these days? She has had her day and she blew it, along with millions of pounds of public money. She was once described as the second most powerful woman in UK politics, when Mrs. May was in office. This journalist met her twice. She was most impressed by her uniform and badges of honour as an ex QA Corporal.

LetsGoto Scotland

Sorry – we are shut

This journalist wrote a funny article about tourist places in Spain which you thought would have been open all day but weren’. However, you do not expect public services to be “shut” to web forms at the weekends, as Consumerline is.

The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission is often shut as well. All you get is an autoresponder. You cannot reach the Charities Commission of Northern Ireland if you call to ask questions, and the Northern Ireland PSNI Ombudsman is even worse. This journalist rang six times in April 2023, yes, of course she keeps a diary of when and what for. They must have been shut as well.

We wonder if Scotland is open?

Another excerpt from RJW Law documentation

From October 2022, 5 months after this journalist had been sent out of Northern Ireland. Why was she having to send this.

“Further to our telecon conversation yesterday, I have now retrieved a copy of the reference to the Highland Council which lies, and says that this journalist money. The court order said there was no money to be paid.” Pure harassment. Again. RJW – Wilson, Loma Wilson, Roger Wilson.
